Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a backorder. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Backorders
When you purchase a backorder, you are buying an out-of-stock product not yet in inventory. Upon purchase, we will manufacture your product typically within 1-3 business days. Due to this, we collect full payment at checkout. You can cancel a backorder product if it has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order.
